Previously, Andrés studied with Aimee Kreston and Moni Simeonov at the Colburn Community School of Performing Arts. From 2019 until his graduation in 2025, he was accepted into Colburn’s Ed and Mari Edelman Chamber Music Institute Honors Program. His chamber ensembles have twice won first prize in the California VOCE Competition and have twice participated in the Junior String Division of the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition.

In addition to her musical career, Dr. Mariano is a physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She trained at NYU’s Rusk Institute, completed fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic, and is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at Duke University, with a special focus on medical issues affecting musicians.

Andrés Engleman currently studies with Midori Goto and Stella Chen at The Juilliard School. He has participated in masterclasses with musicians including Mihaela Martin, Christian Tetzlaff, and Gil Shaham, and has appeared as a soloist with the Spokane Symphony Orchestra and the Eastern Sierra Symphony. In 2024, he won first prize in the Southern California Junior Bach Festival.
Pianist Rowena Mariano, originally from the Philippines, earned both her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from The Juilliard School, where she studied with Seymour Lipkin and Jacob Lateiner and received the Gaston Dethier Scholarship Prize. A pianist, soloist, and chamber musician, she has performed throughout the U.S. and internationally, including appearances at Steinway Hall in Los Angeles, Merkin Concert Hall, Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall, and Stadttheater Freiburg in Germany.
