1.  Artists travel to Raleigh by car.
2. Artists receive the rapid molecular COVID test on Saturday.
3.  Artists quarantine at their hotel on Saturday night.
4.  Concert seating is socially-distanced and limited to the 50-person state restriction (if this is still in effect).
5.  Patrons wear masks and receive a contactless temperature check at registration.
